Injury Diagnosis

In order to make these pages Injury Diagnosis, Rehabilitation Principles, and Rehabilitation Exercises as useful as possibly, I have structured them consistently throughout.

Section 1 will be the most introductory of information, a quick glimpse;
Section 2 will start to take you a little deeper into the understanding of the content;
Section 3 will look to present information at the pointy end of our knowledge base, and start to ask some questions about what we really know, what the scientific literature says and where science is going, or possibly could go

These pages also come with a word of WARNING…..

Getting the correct diagnosis for the problem you are experiencing is critical. Without it you can waste time, money and effort, and still not get the desired end result.
The internet is filled with useful information, however, it is a minefield of what can end up being inappropriate or inaccurate information.
Word of warning made…..the information that follows is designed to help your understanding of the condition you have and hopefully steer you in the best direction to get better.
